“…nobody should be using the worst of humanity as a standard to evaluate their own behavior.”

That was an incredibly well-delivered line.

Thank you. It felt good to articulate.

Thank you so much for this! I’ve had so many doctors refuse to mask for me, a 20-something, severely immunocompromised, chronically ill stroke survivor.

Unfortunately those denying it are committed to keep denying it and misunderstanding me. I wish there was a way for this to actually get through to the crowds that need to read it!

Oh wow! I haven’t had an issue. I live in the PNW, maybe that’s why. That’s awful.

I’m so sorry Ari. I have also experienced this as someone who has long covid and have a brain disease that has bled during a Covid infection. It’s so sad when people are so ignorant and refuse to do such a simple thing to protect your health.

Never stopped masking when I leave my home, it’s not a burden or a big deal. Am 78 and worked in healthcare my entire adult life. When I go to the Dr I request they mask while in the room. They do.

Not masking in today’s world where pandemics will be common, it’s sheer stupidity to NOT mask.

No maga should ever wear a mask their red hat will Protect them

Sadly, the people most in need of this vital information might not be able to comprehend the article, or even be able to read it. Thank you for your help!

Sometimes you just have to put the water out there and see who drinks it.

I read it, I hope lots of people do.

Does Rump attract pandemics?

Ann Higgins's avatar

He certainly doesn’t repel them.

If I was a virus I wouldn't go near the Felon or his minions!!!

That this even needs to be said.

I wish we could cart the antivaxx and mask whackos to reactivated leper colonies and have done. But now one of them runs HHS.

Perhaps when bird flu hits we'll be rid of all of them.

Wouldn’t broad-spectrum antiviral meds like Hydroxychloroquine be a be a better solution?

Ell Em Dee's avatar

Prevention ensures much better outcomes over treatment. Treatment should only be necessary when the prevention efforts fail (they’re not perfect).

Frank's avatar

Can’t prevention also include boosting the immune system with Vitamins C and D? Have you seen Dr. Zelenko’s prevention protocol?

Ell Em Dee's avatar

A boosted immune system is called an autoimmune disease. It’s not a desirable thing.

Thank you. Back in the day, I would have agreed with you. But that was before viruses were created in a lab, then the vaccine for it magically appeared.

Yes, I remember Warp Speed. There was also the gain-of-function research intended to make the virus more deadly. Not good.

Frank's avatar

Thank you. So what do you recommend for treatment?

Thanks. Isn’t Tamiflu supposed to be good for bird flu?

But, the Felon said it was gonna be two weeks max, five years later and numerous variations, people are still dying from covid!!!

Nomadic Life Scribbles's avatar

I was at the local CVS here in South Carolina and they don’t even carry N95 masks any more. So I bought two boxes online and, yeah, I’ll be wearing them in crowded situations. I’m seeing a few more people wearing masks every week, even in this very red state.

As morality rates plunge mortality rates climb. I did my own "research"

L.Deken's avatar

So are cloth masks pointless? I have a huge supply of those left and I was hoping they'd provide some protection. Having to keep a supply of N95s on hand seems seems expensive. If I'm not immunocompromised are you still recommending we prioritize this?

Albe Gilmore's avatar

Yes, cloth masks do very little. And if you catch Covid, you might become immunocompromised since it attacks the immune system. And it’s also about caring about others: you might be asymptotic and transmitting the virus to others, when you wear no mask or cloth masks.

Susan's avatar

Wear KN95 under your cloth masks to make a fashion statement, but no, cloth masks won’t protect from Covid.

Last time I bought N95s they weren’t sized correctly. Too small. But I’ve cut them and sew into my KN95 if we’re having Covid increase.

I think you could benefit from some more research and just saying attention to the vast information available regarding the gross waste of taxpayers money by Democrats.

There are nine so blind as those that will not see.

As for COVID…the amount of information proving the outrageous scams involved…don't you pay attention?
